in words和in capital都有大写的意思，但是区别却很大：

in words或者amount in words是指数字的大写，而in capital一般是指字母的大写，而且是首字母大写，比如：capitalized terms，就要翻译为“首字母大写的术语”，一般出现在投融资合同的第一条（解释条款）中。下面列出两个例句：

1、各方同意，受让方以人民币【***】万元(大写：***)（“股权转让价款”）的对价向转让方购买目标公司100%的股权。
