3月12日，提质改造后的东安县芦洪市镇赵家井村，村容村貌焕然一新。近年，该村通过改造村内排水沟、铺设游步道、种植苗木花卉、建设休闲广场和强化发展产业等举措，打造生态宜居美好家园。 湖南日报记者 李健 通讯员 严洁 摄影报道
