src="/static/upload/image/20231217/7ad9d9ee976d4d75a1745482c15edec0.jpg"/></p><p>2、把肉切成2厘米宽的<strong>肉条</strong>,再切成<strong>方丁</strong>放入盆中再次冲洗干净备用。</p><p><strong>生姜</strong>切成姜片,<strong>小葱</strong>切成段,<strong>大蒜</strong>拍扁,一起放入碗中备用。准备一个小碗,放入<strong>红干椒</strong>1个,<strong>花椒</strong>几粒,<strong>桂皮</strong>半片,<strong>香叶</strong>5片,<strong>小茴香</strong>一小撮,<strong>八角</strong>几粒。</p><p><img 再倒入葱姜蒜炒香,加入适量<strong>豆瓣酱</strong>,搅拌化开,炒出<strong>红油</strong>,倒入鸡块,快速翻炒片刻,起锅撤火开始调味。</p><p>加入<strong>食盐、胡椒粉、鸡粉、白糖、生抽各适量</strong>,倒入青红椒块,开中火翻炒<strong>两分钟。</strong></p><p><img src="/static/upload/image/20231217/5f6c362c28584f64909f3c2415036e1b.jpg"/></p><p>1、一条<strong>鲈鱼</strong>,处理干净,切掉鱼头,再从鱼背处片开,去除内脏,然后把鱼骨去掉,把鱼肉平铺在菜板上,切成一厘米宽的长条,放入盆中,清洗干净,再放入盆中备用。</p><p><strong>生姜</strong>切姜片,<strong>大葱</strong>切葱段,一起放入鱼盆中,里面加入<strong>食盐、胡椒粉、料酒各适量</strong>,用手抓拌均匀,腌制<strong>5分钟</strong>。</p><p><img src="/static/upload/image/20231217/874c88613fa34c89ab1514fbd2d7764d.jpg"/></p><p>1、一斤<strong>大虾</strong>,先剪去虾须和虾脚,从虾背部片开,放入盆中,用清水洗净,去除虾线,放入盘子里面备用。</p><p>2、准备两把<strong>黄豆芽</strong>,两个<strong>大青菜</strong>,把对半切开,两根<strong>芹菜</strong>切成段,半根<strong>大葱</strong>切成斜片,<strong>生姜</strong>切成菱形片,一小把<strong>蒜</strong>剁成蒜末,一根<strong>小葱</strong>切成葱花,一起放入盆中。</p><p><img src="/static/upload/image/20231217/54877d4311f0498abd4095457e6402bd.jpg"/></p><p>5、锅中再加入食用油,放入葱姜爆香,放入几粒<strong>红干椒和花椒</strong>炸香,再加入一小块<strong>火锅底料</strong>,一勺<strong>豆瓣酱</strong>,翻炒化开,炒出红油,添入适量清水,把汤汁煮开,开始调味:</p><p>加入<strong>生抽、料酒、蒸鱼豉油、味精、鸡精、胡椒粉、白糖各适量,</strong>再下入大虾,改中火煮<strong>两分钟</strong>,再加入几滴<strong>老抽</strong>调色,把汤汁煮开,再把大虾一个一个地摆入盆中。</p><p><img src="/static/upload/image/20231217/21aaac7a40724d99a73552349e07660f.jpg"/></p><p>1、二斤<strong>牛肉</strong>,去掉筋膜,在表面划上几刀,放入盆中,加<strong>食盐、花椒、干辣椒、料酒各适量</strong>,<strong>大葱</strong>拍散,<strong>生姜</strong>切碎,抓拌均匀,封上保鲜膜,腌制<strong>3-5小时。</strong></p><p><img src="/static/upload/image/20231217/8179c26d746c43d199a068fea38462e8.jpg"/></p><p>4、炒锅烧热,加入一勺食用油,倒入酱汁炒香,再加入几粒花椒炸出香味,添入清水,加入半碗提前炒好的糖色。</p><p>煮开以后加入<strong>食盐、鸡精</strong>各适量,放入卤料包,再把牛肉放进去,加入一罐<strong>啤酒</strong>,放入姜片,小葱结,开大火把汤汁煮开,倒入砂锅里面,火煮开以后改成最小火,继续炖<strong>一个小时,</strong>关火以后再焖<strong>1个小时。</strong></p><p><img
